Richmond was packed full of Halloween spirit this October as families joined us for our Be Spooky Halloween Fun Fest at Duke Street Church.
Across a series of frightfully fun sessions throughout the day, little monsters chose and carved their pumpkins (with a little heavy lifting from the grown-ups), transformed their look with Halloween face painting and put their skills to the test across fairground games, including Witch Hat Hoopla, Spook-a-Duck, Monster Mash Tin Can Alley and Skull Knockdown.
Families also had the chance to strike their best Halloween poses at the photo area and take home a special personalised Polaroid as a keepsake from the day, while our Pumpkin Patch characters made appearances throughout the event for photos and a little seasonal mischief.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make Be Spooky such a memorable part of Halloween in Richmond. We loved welcoming so many local families and seeing the event come to life. What made the day so lovely was seeing everyone enjoying Halloween together, with lots of laughter, plenty of fun and those special moments we hope they’ll remember for many Halloweens to come.
Be Spooky may be over for another year, but we’re already looking forward to welcoming Richmond’s little monsters back again.
Until next year… 🎃👻
