
Notice of the 2025 Be Richmond AGM
The 2025 Be Richmond Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in person on Wednesday 24th September at 5pm – 5.30pm at No.1A Duke St, Richmond, TW9 1HP. Representatives from Richmond BID levy paying businesses are invited to attend.
The AGM will include a review of projects and achievements during the past 12 months and provides a chance for business owners and stakeholders to hear how the BID levy has been invested into making Richmond a better place to live, work and explore.
How to RSVP
- To register your attendance at the AGM, please email the Be Richmond team by 22nd September 2025.
- If you cannot attend but would like to send a colleague to attend on your behalf please complete and submit a proxy form at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Your Be Richmond Membership
We treat all levy payers as Members in effect, but formally joining the Company allows you to vote on this year’s board committee at the AGM. You will find a Membership Form Here.
September Networking Event
After the 2025 Be Richmond Annual General Meeting, we are hosting a networking event at No.1A Duke St, Richmond, TW9 1HP from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Representatives from Richmond BID levy paying businesses are invited to attend to this fantastic opportunity to network, connect and collaborate.
If you can’t make the AGM, you’re still very welcome to join us for the networking event, where there will be drinks and nibbles provided.
