Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  2. Any images contained within the competition post are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the exact prize or stock present in the store.
  3. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
  4. The winner will be drawn at random and the Be Richmond team's decision is final.
  5. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the closing date.
  6. Winners must respond to Be Richmond within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise, the team reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. The winner will be emailed via the email address provided, unless otherwise communicated. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly picked from the entries received within the competition date. The original winner will be notified before another replacement winner is picked. The first winner will also be notified and contacted if they have failed to acknowledge their prize.
  8. Employees of Be Richmond, their families, its retailers and any other associated with either party may not be permitted to enter this competition.
  9. By entering this competition, you confirm that your details may be shared with a third party in relation to this promotion.
  10. Jigsaw - This is available to UK customers only. No alternative prize or cash alternative is available. Jigsaw holds the right to withdraw or amend at any time.

  12. Brindisa Tapas - Please note that either a physical or digital copy of this voucher must be presented to staff at your chosen restaurant in order to redeem. The gift voucher is redeemable at all Brindisa Tapas restaurants only and is not valid at our retail shops. Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  13. KOYO Wellness - Physical voucher, must be collected in store. Expires 1 May 2026.
  14. Ottolenghi - £100 voucher to spend in Ottolenghi Richmond, available to use at the Richmond branch only. Available for both dine-in and takeaway. The voucher will be valid for 1 year.

  16. Richmond Theatre - Prize cannot be exchanged.
