OneRichmond Fundraising Dinner Supporting the Fight Against Homelessness

Homelessness is one of the most pressing issues across the UK, and our borough is
no different. As the cost of living crisis worsens and services are cut, more and more
people – including children and families – are nding themselves with no place to
turn.
This fundraising dinner will support charities in the London Borough of Richmond
Upon Thames that work with local people experiencing homelessness. Ritu
Mahandru, one of the OneRichmond Development Board founding members, was
inspired to organise this fundraising dinner in memory of her late partner Adrian
Dilworth. 50% of funds raised will go directly to the Vineyard Community Centre,
and the rest of the money raised will be added to a pot of OneRichmond funding
that will be accessible to different charities addressing homelessness within the
borough.
The event will include a three course meal at the Bingham Riverhouse, 5-star
entertainment from comedian John Tothill, and an auction and raffle featuring
exclusive prizes.
