Following the incredible success of last year’s event, we’re thrilled to announce the return of our Calçotada for 2025! This year, Brindisa Tapas will transform our Richmond winter terrace into the vibrant setting for this beloved Spanish tradition.
On Sunday 23rd February, guests will gather to celebrate the calçot—a distinctive member of the onion family, somewhere between a leek and a large spring onion. Freshly harvested calçots are chargrilled over open flames until their outer layers blacken, revealing a tender, flavourful core. Stripped down and dipped into rich, smoky romesco sauce, they’re enjoyed with crisp glasses of cava, embodying the warmth and conviviality of Spanish culture.
