Notice of the 2023 Be Richmond AGM

The 2023 Be Richmond Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Thursday 28th September at 6pm via Zoom platform. Representatives from Richmond BID levy paying businesses are invited to attend.

The AGM will include a review of projects and achievements during the past 12 months and provides a chance for business owners and stakeholders to hear how the BID levy has been invested into making Richmond a better place to live, work and explore.

The Be Richmond Board Directors and Theme Group members, who volunteer their time and expertise to help improve Richmond town centre, are local business owners and managers. If you would like to put yourself forward to join the team, please send us a paragraph outlining why you would like to be involved to ellen@berichmond.london by 22nd September 2023.

We treat all levy payers as members in effect, but formally joining the Company allows you to vote at the AGM. You will find a Membership Form Here

If you cannot attend but would like to send a colleague to attend on your behalf please complete and submit a proxy form at least 48 hours before the meeting, i.e. by 6pm on Tuesday 26th September 2023.

About Richmond

Richmond is an affluent residential district bordering the River Thames. Tranquil Kew Gardens attracts botanical enthusiasts and families with its huge Arboretum, 17th-century Kew Palace, and panoramic views from its Treetop Walkway. Herds of deer roam Richmond Park, a popular picnic spot. The Quadrant main street and nearby roads have eclectic shops, casual and upscale dining, and performances at Richmond Theatre.
