Since setting up our first studio in 2005, Bootcamp Pilates has been a proud pioneer of Dynamic Reformer Pilates. We brought this revolutionary workout to London from the US and believe that it’s simply the best, fastest and safest way to transform your posture, strength and shape.
Dynamic Reformer Pilates is focused towards fitness, muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning and allows for certain exercises that may more commonly be performed in a gym setting or circuit class, to be incorporated into its repertoire. Think squats, lunges, planks, press ups and hip hinges.
The atmosphere in the room is energetic, aided by an upbeat soundtrack with the volume UP.
