The Source Bulk Foods

The Source Bulk foods opened its doors in Richmond in April 2021, and we couldn’t be more delighted to be part of The Quadrant. We have loved seeing the Richmond locals out and about more now that summer has arrived, and it has been amazing to see so many locals embracing plastic-free shopping. Our most popular products to date are our delicious chocolate range, premium nuts and our new refillable oat milk! We are excited to continue engaging with the community and working together on some amazing zero-waste initiatives.

We have always loved Richmond and felt that the local community would love their own The Source Bulk Foods, so for us it was a clear choice to open a store in the Richmond area. Our team is made up of locals who are part of the rich foodie culture in Richmond and have a keen interest in sustainable living. We’ve had locals asking for us to open a store near Richmond for quite some time and we are so happy that we are finally able to provide the community with a zero-waste shopping destination.

When we were looking for a site in Richmond we really wanted to keep the store accessible and convenient for locals, as well as customers from neighbouring suburbs. The Quadrant is such a local hub full of beautiful cafes, artisan stores and boutiques so it was a clear choice for us. We also wanted to be close to public transport so that our customers from neighbouring areas could easily visit our store, so we were thrilled to be able to open our store only a 4 minute walk from the Richmond train station.

Our Richmond store is a vibrant hub and we constantly have exciting new products launching and weekly specials on some of our most popular ranges. We are constantly sampling new products instore for our customers to try (the Kombucha is a local favourite), not to mention we freshly grind a new nut butter flavour every day! Each week when you step through our doors, you can expect to have a new and exciting shopping experience.

We are excited to continue engaging with the community and working together on some amazing zero-waste initiatives. On September 9th we will be an official sponsor of the Get on Board Stand Up Paddle Board river clean up from Kew Bridge to Richmond which we are thrilled to be a part of! Our mission as a company is to help create a world where we slow down and foster communities that encourage each other to make the best choices for the planet and their own wellbeing, and events like this are the perfect opportunity to join together as a community and take small steps towards a healthier planet!
