Our place management plans for Richmond include creating a greener and more attractive public realm that improves health and well-being and increases dwell time; delivering services for business owners and employees that save money and build business resilience; fostering a better high street experience; and tackling anti-social issues by adding to a sense of safety and security in the local area.
