Meet the Board
Be Richmond Chair, Ann Chapman-Daniel, is co-founder and CEO of Minesoft, the Richmond-based global patent information solutions provider which is recognized as a world leader in its field.
She is an international sales & marketing specialist with global experience.
After graduating in Business Studies & German, Ann worked for Thomson Reuters, Ziff Davies Publishing Inc and France Telecom Group, travelling widely and establishing new offices and distribution.
Together with husband Ophir, Ann founded Minesoft, developing searchable online and competitive intelligence services in sci-tech/patent data. Minesoft have won numerous awards including the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2009 and 2015 for achieving outstanding growth in International Trade.
Ann is a Richmond resident and is actively involved in several influential local organisations. She also supports History of Art and Architectural Heritage projects in the UK and Commonwealth.
She is passionate about our town and brings a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience to Be Richmond
After a career in international finance, Gabriel was keen to apply his business skills and expertise to his own venture. In 2012 he took over Foot Solutions in Red Lion Street and quickly turned the business around.
As a local retailer, Gabriel believed that the BID could help Richmond realise its potential as a leading shopping and leisure destination and has been involved from the beginning.
